Within Austria and Germany, we ship with DPD.
Worldwide we ship with FedEx.
How long does the shipping take?

Free shipping from a purchase value of 100€ within Germany and Austria.
Austria: up to 3kg - 5 Euro / from 3 kg - 7 Euro

Why are the customs duties?
All orders will be dispatched from Austria. Due to this fact there are no customs duties or import taxes within Europe. Outside of Europe, these may arise.
For example in Switzerland customs duties are usually only applied from a value of approx. 150 €. However it is necessary to keep in mind, that an import turnover tax still has to be paid.
The customs duties are 100% paid to the customs of the respective receiving country & have to be paid by you.
Into which country´s can we send?
We ship around Austria and Europe with DPD. Worldwide our shipping partner is FEDEX.
Can a product be returned?
The product be returned to us within 2 weeks after you received it.
Attention: You have to pay for the return yourself. A sheet for the return is in your package. Unpaid parcels cannot be accepted. Please fill out the return slip that is enclosed with your order completely.
